We are a leading national business looking for a reliable, motivated Yard Hand to join our team. This isn’t just a labouring job—it’s a career stepping stone. While you'll start out managing the yard and operating machinery, we are actively looking to invest in you, upskill you, and train you to become a Batcher within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the onsite Front-End Loader and Forklift.

• General yard duties, site clean-up, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Assisting with stock management and incoming deliveries.

• Eagerness to learn the ropes and step up into a batching role.

What You Need to Bring

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Licences: Valid LF (Forklift) licence, Loader ticket, and a Construction White Card.

• Transport: A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence.

• Work Rights: Full Australian Work Rights (Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only).

• Health & Safety: Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening).

• Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to upskill.
